Who We Are
Aaron Reber
Principal and Co-Founder
Aaron Reber is an operations leader and organizational change management strategist. Most recently, working as Vice President of Change Enablement at a Salesforce implementation partner, he focuses on relationships, communication, collaboration, building and maintaining trust, and driving projects through to completion on-time and on-budget.
Aaron studied economics at Portland State Univeristy, earning the Carl Campbell award for achievment in economics and holds an MBA from Willamette University and an MSc in Management from Bordeaux École de Management in France.
He lives with his wife and they spend much of their time recipe testing for her small cooking school in Salem, Oregon.
Cameron Hunt
Principal and Co-Founder
As part of the founding team at Navigator Cameron spends his time looking at new acquisition opportunities and working closely with our property management and renovation teams to outline capital spending plans.
Outside of work he spends time with his wife and two children and enjoys volunteering for the National Ski Patrol as an Alpine Patroller.
